What the panel does
It is an Android wall tablet. Your automation app, or a web dashboard in kiosk mode, provides the control interface. The hardware provides the touch screen, network and power.
Wiring
PoE over RJ45 removes the need for a mains outlet in the wall box. Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n is on board where a cable run is not possible.
